FERNDALE, Wash. — Travel in Ferndale will be impacted by a couple of projects next week.
The State Department of Transportation will be conducting their annual inspection of Pioneer Bridge Monday from 10:00 a.m. to approximately 3 p.m.
During this work, traffic will be reduced to alternating, single lane traffic over the bridge.
Starting Tuesday, Malloy Avenue will be closed to all traffic at Thornton Street.
The intersection will be closed to north and south bound traffic for a period up to 6 weeks to allow construction crews to complete utility replacement and upgrades for the Thornton Overpass project.
