EDMONDS, Wash. — The Washington State Department of Transportation says they expect a packed holiday weekend and Washington State Ferries are adjusting some sailing schedules to meet demand.
The agency says the Kingston-Edmonds route is expected to see the longest wait times in the system over the holiday weekend.
Travelers should plan ahead for delays and check for updates on the WSDOT website.
Advance reservations are available on the Port Townsend-Coupeville and Anacortes-San Juan Islands-Sidney B.C. routes.
