BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A festival and construction project will cause congestion in Fairhaven this weekend.
Beginning 10 A.M. Saturday is Fairhaven’s annual Steampunk Festival taking place on the Village Green.
Watch out for a lot of pedestrians in the area.
Crews are still working on a water main replacement project on Donovan Avenue between Old Fairhaven Parkway and 30th Street.
A few blocks at a time will be closed to through traffic.
