OLYMPIA, Wash. — The State Fire Marshal’s Office reminds everyone that purchase of fireworks on the internet, from unlicensed wholesalers or persons, is illegal.
Fireworks that are ordered online can only be purchased from a licensed Washington State fireworks retailer, and must then be picked up at the retail fireworks stand.
