OLYMPIA, Wash. — Washington’s gas prices are up more than 10 cents per gallon from last week.
GasBuddy reports the average gas price in Whatcom County is $3.14, and about 10 cents cheaper in Skagit County.
Petroleum analyst Patrick DeHaan says prices have increased in all 50 states in the last week as refineries continue working toward cleaner, more expensive gasoline and as oil prices continue to rise.
He says prices will likely keep rising for at least a few more weeks.
