SUMAS, WA. – (KGMI.com) Residents in Sumas may hear a siren tomorrow, but there is no need to be alarmed.
The City of Sumas is testing their local flood siren at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 3rd.
The siren is only a test, and no action needs to be taken.
The test follows the City’s Flood Awareness Day last weekend nearly two years after flooding devastated the greater Sumas area.
