BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Batten down the hatches for another round of windy weather.
A Wind Advisory goes into effect Monday night as western Whatcom County, especially Ferndale, Bellingham, and Sandy Point are expected to see strong south winds.
The National Weather Service forecasts between midnight and Tuesday afternoon winds will gust up to 50 MPH.
San Juan and western Skagit County can also expect strong winds capable of downing trees and causing power outages.
