BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Former Bellingham Police Chief Todd Ramsay passed away over the weekend.
His wife posted on Facebook that Ramsay had been in the hospital.
Services for Ramsay are set for Sunday, August 12 at 2:00 P.M. at the St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Bellingham.
According to the Bellingham Business Journal, Ramsay started as an intern with the Bellingham Police Department in 1983, became an officer in 1987, and served as Police Chief from February 2008 until his retirement at the end of 2012.
