SEDRO-WOOLLEY, Wash. — Former Sedro-Woolley High School star Aaron Stroosma got a promotion from the Seattle Mariners organization.
The Skagit Valley Herald reports the Mariners had Stroosma play for the Everett Aquasox last year, but on June 9th, they reassigned him to their Class A Advanced Affiliate the Modesto Nuts in California. Stroosma also had a stint with the Bellingham Bells.
Stroosma shined in several sports in high school and played baseball in college, but was undrafted after his senior season, until a Mariners’ representative called him in.
