BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A funeral service was held Saturday for a young father and his infant daughter killed in a crash on Mother’s day.
State troopers say an elderly driver crossed the center line on the Mount Baker Highway and crashed head on with Philip Moyor and his daughter Penelope.
Philip’s widow, Pamela was in another car that rolled.
She survived with minor injuries.
The man troopers say caused the crash died in the hospital.
