TACOMA – A gang leader police say was involved with prostituting girls and young women in Bellingham and other areas is in jail.
The News Tribune reports Matthew “Boo” Holt is accused of raping and prostituting girls, threatening to kill mothers and their babies and training little boys to be gang members.
He’s in jail on $1-million bail.
Six others were charged with similar crimes.
Prosecutors say the men prostituted the victims in Bellingham, Tacoma, Lakewood, Olympia, and Lacey.
