BLAINE, Wash. — Vandals hit the Blaine Boys and Girls Club last week.
Officer Mike Munden reports Blaine has had a rash of spray paint incidents over the past week.
No suspects have yet been identified in the November 20 incident, which Munden says was similar to graffiti in Bellingham which has known ties to Bellingham area gang activity.
