In the girls soccer post-season Wednesday Lynden Christian beat South Whidbey 3-1. The Lyncs move on to play King’s in the district championship game Saturday at 3:00 at Whatcom Community College.
King’s got there by beating Meridian 5-3. Meridian now takes on Nooksack Valley in a loser-out game Saturday at 1:00 at WCC.
In Class 3A Squalicum won their district play-in game beating Meadowdale 1-0. The Storm next face Edmonds-Woodway in a first round match-up Saturday at 3:00 at Edmonds Stadium.
