MOSCOW, Idaho – Moscow Idaho Police still do not have a suspect or a murder weapon in the killings of four University of Idaho students on November 13th.

Police say they have ruled out any connection to two other stabbings in the Pacific Northwest.

A press release from Moscow Police says that they have received inquiries about a 1999 double stabbing in Pullman and a 2021 double stabbing in Salem, Oregon.

Those cases share similarities with the Idaho homicides, but they don’t appear related, according to investigators.

Kaylee Goncalves was one of the three women from Idaho who were killed.

Madison Mogen and Xana Kernodle were the others.

Ethan Chapin of Conway in Skagit County was the fourth victim.

Idaho Governor Brad Little has directed up to $1 million in state emergency funds for the ongoing investigation.

They continue to ask that anyone with information that could help the investigation contact Moscow police.
