OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — Governor Jay Inslee has extended Washington’s eviction moratorium through the end of the year.

The moratorium was scheduled to expire next week.

With limited exceptions, it prohibits residential evictions and late fees on unpaid rent and also requires landlords to offer residents a repayment plan on unpaid rent.
