OLYMPIA, Wash. — Governor Jay Inslee is extending the “stay home stay safe” order beyond its previous expiration date of Monday, May 4th.
He told a news conference Wednesday, 4/29, that residents have made progress in slowing the illness caused by the virus but not enough to open the state.
He didn’t offer a date when the order will end, but says he’ll have more specifics on Friday.
