OLYMPIA, Wash. – Governor Inslee took a moment during a news conference on Monday, February 28th, to voice Washington’s solidarity with the people of Ukraine.

“We stand with them against this outrageous foreign invasion,” said Inslee. “And we, in some sense, are all Ukrainians today.”

Inslee also said Washington State stands with all the Russian citizens who are protesting the invasion of Ukraine.

He says he’s ordered all state agencies to find and terminate any commercial or other connections to Russian state agencies and large companies.
