HANFORD, Wash. (AP) – The state’s largest solar power project is being built on former Hanford Nuclear Reservation land.

The Tri-City Herald says a French company plans to have the 20 megawatt solar project completed by 2019.

The property is south of the Columbia Generating Station nuclear power plant.
