BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A Bothell woman was killed in an overnight crash on I-5 SB.
The Washington State Patrol said in a statement that 31-year-old Stephanie Chinn was driving near Nulle Road around 11:30 last night, Tuesday, February 1st.
Chinn was hit head-on by a car driving the wrong way and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other driver was hospitalized.
Investigators say that the other driver may have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the accident.
