BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The Whatcom County Health Department reports that the Centers for Disease Control says there are now at least 34 cases of COVID-19, the Coronavirus, in the United States.
There are seven cases in British Columbia, including a woman who returned from Iran with the virus last week and a man who came into contact with her.
There are no confirmed cases of Coronavirus in Whatcom County.
The Sheriff’s Office Division of Emergency Management says they are actively monitoring COVID-19 and supporting of the needs of the Whatcom County Health Department.
