BELLINGHAM, Wash. – High winds are forecast again today in Western Washington, just in time for travel home from the long holiday weekend for many people.
The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory until 6pm Sunday, saying sustained south winds are expected from 20-35 mph; with gusts to 50.
Puget Sound Energy was already busy at 7am Sunday, with about 1500 homes without power in Whatcom County spread across five different power outages.
