BELLINGHAM, WASH. – Bellingham residents rate their quality of life high, but they still have some concerns according to the city’s annual survey.
Respondents ranked homelessness as the most important challenge facing Bellingham.
That’s followed by housing affordability, and then economic development.
Even with those concerns, about 94 percent of respondents rated the city’s quality of life as either excellent or good.
Western Washington University’s Center for Economic and Business Research conducted the survey.
