BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The National Weather Service has a Winter Weather Advisory in effect until noon Tuesday with more snow expected in the area.
The focus is still on Whatcom, San Juan and Skagit County with forecasters predicting another 1-3 inches of snow.
Snow drifts continue to be an issue in some parts of the county and more snow fall means travel conditions could worsen due to limited visibility.
