BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham City Council’s newest member was sworn in Monday, taking over the seat vacated by Roxanne Murphy last month.
The City says Hannah Stone will hold the interim at-large position until November 2019, at which point the City says she plans to run for the position.
Stone has lived in Bellingham for 13 years and has her own law practice in downtown Bellingham as an immigration and citizenship lawyer.
