BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Northbound I-5 was closed Sunday afternoon after a crash blocked both lanes near Samish Way.
A state trooper said serious injuries resulted from a semi truck and travel trailer collision at about 3 p.m.
Travelers were detoured through Fairhaven Parkway for over an hour.
