Investigators seek man who exposed himself to children in Bellis Fair Mall

BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Another report of lewd conduct, this time at Bellis Fair Mall.

A person reported that a 10-year-old and a 5-year-old boy told them that a man was groping himself and exposed himself to them in the men’s restroom near the food court on Saturday night.

Investigators are using surveillance footage to try to identify a suspect.
