ISLAND COUNTY, Wash. – The Island County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing woman.
Janet Wellman was last seen in Sedro-Woolley on Friday, April 12th and before that was located in Bellingham.
The 65-year-old who lives on Whidbey Island is a diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic and her family believes she may be confused about where she is.
She’s white, 5’5″ with long gray hair and was last seen wearing a light blue jacket.
She has a bad knee and walks with a slight limp.
Janet doesn’t have a vehicle and would be traveling by foot or on public transit.
