The Department says Daniel David Haldeman of Langley on Whidbey Island allegedly provided counseling services while his license was suspended for exploiting a vulnerable adult.
A LinkedIn profile under the same name shows his as the owner of Integrative Pyschotherapy in Langley since June of 2010.
