According to ESPN.com, Jabrill Peppers out of Michigan tested positive for a dilute sample at the scouting combine. Sources told ESPN’s Adam Schefter the NFL has notified teams.

Alabama linebacker Reuben Foster already tested positive for a dilute sample at the combine, making Peppers the second NFL draft prospect to test positive.

A source told ESPN’s Schefter that Peppers was ill after flying from San Diego to Indianapolis. Peppers drank eight to 10 bottles of water as he was the first athlete to run for both the linebackers and defensive backs. Peppers also has a history of cramping.

Foster told NFL.com that his positive test came after he came down with what he thought was food poisoning, and tried to rehydrate himself. He said that, before the combine, he had been vomiting, cramping and suffering from diarrhea, and that he declined IVs and instead got medication from a doctor.
