SEATTLE, WASH. – A judge is hearing arguments over Seattle’s first-in-the-nation law allowing Uber, Lyft and taxi drivers to unionize.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce sued to block the law arguing federal antitrust and labor laws trump this new law.

Companies must provide information about their most active drivers to the Teamsters union before a Monday deadline.

A lawyer for the chamber says that information is a closely guarded trade secret.
