SEATTLE (AP) – Progress on Seattle’s many construction projects could stop.

More than a quarter of King County’s concrete delivery truck drivers are on strike.

The strike halted some concrete deliveries for nearly a week during the prime summer construction season.

The drivers said they’re upset that the companies aren’t bargaining in good faith, but management said the union’s proposals are economically unsustainable.

The Seattle Times reported drivers are currently paid about $31.
