LAKEWOOD, Wash. — One person is dead and three others hurt after a shooting early Sunday at a nightclub in Lakewood.

Police say it appears three gunmen, whom witnesses describe as black men in their 20s and 30s, fired shots inside and outside the New World VIP Lounge before getting away in an unknown vehicle.

It’s not clear what led to the shooting and none of the gunmen have been identified.

KOMO reports the three surviving victims are expected to recover, but their names weren’t released.

The Lakewood Police ask the public’s help in identifying the suspects, and have posted details of the incident and instructions for reporting on their Twitter.
