CONCRETE, Wash. — A weekend landslide has Highway 20 east of Concrete fully blocked.
The Skagit County Sheriff’s Office said that the highway is blocked between Concrete and Rockport.
All lanes will remain closed while WSDOT crews assess safety.
D-O-T geotech engineers are evaluating the hillside but say there is no estimate for when the highway will reopen.
The only way around the closure is using SR 530.
