BELLINGHAM, WA. – (KGMI.com) Maintenance crews will close the left lane of southbound I-5 at Northwest Avenue on Thursday, November 2nd, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The closure will be in place while crews work on emergency cable barrier repairs.
Delays are expected and drivers should give themselves extra time.
