BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Drivers who use southbound I-5 south of the Old Fairhaven Parkway exit should expect delays Friday night and Saturday morning.
Crews are replacing broken concrete panels and will close the right lane from 6 p.m. Friday until noon Saturday.
