OLYMPIA, Wash. — You’ll see some familiar names on the next election ballot.
Democratic Rep. Rick Larsen announced he is running for re-election to represent Washington’s 2nd Congressional District, which includes portions of Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom counties and all of Island and San Juan counties.
Rep. Luanne Van Werven, a republican from Lynden, will also seek re-election to represent Washington’s 42nd district, which covers a majority of Whatcom County.
