OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) – A federal judge will not dismiss a lawsuit against some Washington State psychologists.
They developed the CIA’s torture program following the September 11 attacks.
The lawsuit was filed in support of three men subjected to the harsh interrogation techniques.
The judge said he does have reservations about whether the case should include all three of the detainees, but he will not dismiss the suit.
