SEATTLE, Wash. (AP) – A judge sanctioned the lawyer for the man who accused Seattle Mayor Ed Murray of sexually molesting him when he was a teen.
King County Superior Court Judge Veronica Alicea-Galván fined lawyer Lincoln Beauregard $5,000.
“…willfully and with a flagrant disregard with established legal norms, continued to file documents that were irrelevant to the matter before the court.”
Beauregard respectfully disagrees with the ruling and says he will appeal.
