BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A long time local food manufacturer will have products on Walmart’s shelves next year.
In a news release, the company said Erin Baker’s Wholesome Baked goods made a pitch on the first ever virtual open call for U.S. made goods that support American manufacturing and jobs.
Baker’s is in their 25th year producing and distributing natural baked goods nationwide, including their Baker’s Breakfast Cookie, employing over 40 people in Bellingham.
Another Washington company, Fresh Nature Foods of Spokane, was selected for their chickpea-based products.
