LYNDEN, Wash. — Seven Whatcom County high school golfers will be participating at the 1A State Golf Tournament in Spokane Tuesday and Wednesday.
After the Bill Egbers Memorial Golf Tournament earlier this month, Lynden Christian golf coach Darin DeYoung says Jake DeYoung from LC and Carson Linville from Nooksack Valley look to post a strong finish.
The other local students competing include Nick Den Adel of LC, Brenan Blankers of Nooksack Valley, Ayden Rodriguez and Quinn Murphy from Mount Baker and Meridian’s Justin Gwinner.
