FERNDALE, Wash. – A local Seahawks fanatic will be living out every sports fan’s dream next season.
Debbie Gwaltney of Ferndale appeared on an episode of “Press Your Luck” on Thursday, July 14th.
Things started heating up when she scored a “Seahawks Superfan Package,” which includes VIP tickets to every home game next season.
But the surprises didn’t stop there.
She’ll be flown to every Seahawks away game and won tickets to the Super Bowl.
Gwaltney is best known for decking out her entire house, inside and out, in the team’s colors.
She teared up when speaking with host Elizabeth Banks about how much the prize meant to her and her family.
“My boys now are in their twenties and I’ve been a single mom since they were this tall,” said Gwaltney. “On our bucket list, we will travel to a Super Bowl city. I promised them that I would take them to a Super Bowl.”
In the end, Gwaltney walked away with over $205,000 in prizes.
