BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Snow days from last month’s storm mean a longer school year for Bellingham students.

Bellingham Schools Superintendent Greg Baker says that while they have not officially released a new last day of school, it is likely that they will be adding school days to the end of the year.

He says that so far, the district has had four snow days, which would push the last day to June 17th.

However if there are more school cancellations, that could be pushed further into June.

Consequently, graduation dates for seniors will be moved out about a week.
