BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A longtime Bellingham company is downsizing, laying off about 40 employees.
School Specialty Inc., also known as Premier Agendas, submitted job layoff paperwork to the state on Tuesday.
A spokeswoman for the company told the Bellingham Herald that they will be keeping the office open, but they are closing the Premier Agenda division.
She said they are working with the impacted employees to find other opportunities, possibly within the company.
