BELLINGHAM, WASH. – It’s déjà vu for a Bellingham lottery winner.
The man won a $1,000 prize years ago at a Haggen store.
He recently bought another ticket at the same store and won $50,000, but that’s not all.
He says he scratched his ticket in the parking lot and went back inside to ask a cashier if it was indeed a winner.
He says when he walked up to the register, he realized the clerk was the same woman who confirmed his first big lottery win years ago.
