FERNDALE, Wash. – A California man is dead after crashing into his wife’s car on the Lummi Nation Thursday.
The State Patrol says Raymond Loughlin, 67, suffered some sort of medical emergency and ran into another car at the intersection of Kwina and Lummi Shore roads.
His wife, Patricia Loughlin, 69, was driving the other car.
Raymond and Patricia are from Mountain View, California.
