Lummi Nation has extended their shelter-in-place order to continue the fight against COVID-19.
According to Lummi Communications, the order is in effect through June 30.
It prohibits all public and private gatherings of more than 10 people and calls for high-risk individuals to stay home as much as possible, except as necessary to seek medical care.
It also calls for Lummi community members and businesses to maintain social distancing while outside.
