LYNDEN, Wash. – The passenger who died in a deadly car crash south of Lynden early Friday morning has now been identified.
The Washington State Patrol says Jorge Cruzcruz, 19, of Everson, was killed when the car he was riding in, driven by Cesar Cruzcruz of Lynden, sped through the intersection of Old Guide Road and West Pole Road, hitting a tree.
Cesar Cruzcruz, 21, was also killed in the crash.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
