LYNDEN, Wash. — With the freshly-built Farm Pavilion and a host of activities for the whole family Monday through Saturday, the 2019 Lynden Fair begins.
This is the 109th year for the Northwest Washington Fair.
Nationally-renowned comedian Larry The Cable Guy, country star Mark Chesnutt, and classic rockers Cheap Trick will headline the entertainment on the grandstand.
On Wednesday, active-duty service members, veterans, and their families can get free admission for Military Appreciation Day.
The Lynden PRCA Rodeo on Wednesday will be part of the Tough Enough to Wear Pink campaign, to raise awareness of breast cancer.
Unique to this year’s fair is the sneak peek of the new Farm Pavilion, which replaced three buildings near the main entrance and will open next year displaying the “Farming for Life Experience.”
