LYNDEN, Wash. — A Lynden man accused of numerous domestic violence charges on October 19 was arrested this weekend.
The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office says 62-year-old Gary Samuel Giles was booked on second and third degree rape charges, assault and more after a female victim received significant injuries at a Birch Bay home.
Giles is also accused of accessing images on her computer and stealing the SD card that contained them.
