LYNDEN, Wash. – The longtime Lynden Police Chief is retiring.
The Lynden Tribune reports Jack Foster’s last day will be August 30th.
Foster has spent the last 40-years in local law enforcement; 12 years at the Blaine Police Department and 28 in Lynden.
He’s been the chief for all but one of those years.
